Worth it

I’ve had this for 3 years of festivals and am just now going to replace them, but mainly because I’m bad at storing it properly when I get back from the festival. It doesn’t hold temperature but it’s a plastic bag so what do you expect ?

Great survival/ emergency filter

I got this Survivor Filter Americana Ultra-Light Filtered Water Bottle – 33.8 oz (1L) – Made in USA – Portable Water Bottle with Filter for survival and emergency purposes, but I like that it's also an option and good for travel, hiking, & everyday use. This filter is also perfect to have in a bugout bag as it's lightweight and portable.

This is a great idea to create and manufacture a filter in the USA. The bottle uses a 32 oz Nalgene HDPE plastic which is a softer and lighter weight plastic compared to their hard bottles. This makes it very portable and it enables it to be squeezed to push the water out through the filter. Nalgene is a reputed company with a long history or making quality bottles.

Having the manufacturing in the US gives me peace of mind that the components and filter are high quality and free from potential harmful contaminants and are tested to meet NSF and ANSI standards. Another review mentioned that they couldn't locate the lab report on their site, but I checked and at least now the lab test results are available and easy to find and download on their website.
